YogaRetreat January 3-11th
Join us and experience India and the roots of yoga! After 11 years of arranging yoga trainings and retreats in India we are returning to beautiful Cherai Beach in Kerala, India for the 10th time.
This is a fantastic way to start the new year and invest in yourself!
For 9 days you will receive tools on how to create a more balanced, healthy and peaceful life. We will share yoga two times each day, in the morning and in the afternoon. All levels of yoga practitioners are welcome.
Our morning practice will focus on how the standing poses set the foundation for all asanas. This will help you better understand which part of the body needs strengthen, lengthen or soften and eventually help you keep a wider awareness throughout the entire body. Seated asanas and inversions will be guided according to level of students. The morning practice ends with a guided pranayama and meditation.
Each afternoon will be different and built up on a particular theme. One day we may focus on alignments and understanding poses. Another day may include more restorative yoga and working with props to release tension from our body.
We will offer lectures on yoga, ayurveda and nadayoga/chanting.
You will also be able to book Ayurvedic treatments, go sightseeing or simply rest under the sun with a coconut in your hand.
