YogaMakes a Difference
YogaMakes a difference is a 10 days FREE Education in Yoga
The training is open for students globally who have at least six months of prior regular yoga practice, and the only requirement is that you give back by teaching at least one yoga class for free per week. The class could be for your family, for your friends or for your community. After the course you will be able to share a 60 minute Rajayogi sequence based on the Hatha and Iyengar tradition. You will have tools to deepen your practice and help others enjoy the benefits of yoga.
The idea to start YogaMakes a Difference FREE Education in Yoga came from a wish to give back.
To give back what yoga has given and brought to us. We want to remove the mystery and exclusivity that has surrounded the yogic tradition and make the knowledge available to everyone. We want as many people as possible to have the opportunity to study yoga in depth, and in this way we hope to spread some light into people’s lives. We want that the benefits of Yoga are available to everybody, regardless of class, race or gender.

Testimonials from people that have participated in the training.
The combination of Ratheesh’s and Caroline’s experience and knowledge is truly unbeatable. For many of the students it was their first, but also a major step forward on their yoga path.
This training was an amazing experience, one of the most beautiful 10 days in my life, very deep experience. I learned so many things about yoga positions and yoga philosophy.
Their message is clear, solid and truthful. The Asana practice is safe, they know bodies by just looking at them and they help you to go further from where you are today.
