In our retreats by lake Hjorten, I want to offer a space for reflection and a place for you to return to yourself, to figure out what your needs are and what you want to fill your life with.
Spring is a beautiful time to visit my lovely center. Here you can enjoy nature, take a swim in the lake, practice yoga in our beautiful yoga shala, and have meaningful conversations.
During this weekend, we will explore how our daily life can be supported through the practice of yoga and different philosophical texts and practices, and live in more balance and peace within ourselves and the society around us. Our mornings start with meditation, pranayama, and asana. Each asana class will focus on different themes, the use of props, and individual approaches to one’s asana practice. We end the day with reflections and meditation.

The retreat ends after Brunch
Accommodation in a shared house with the other participants. (There is a reduction of € 50 of the total cost If you prefer to find your own accommodation or if you are living in Västervik and want to stay at home. All meals are still included in the price.)
