Join us for a week and experience the ancient way of practicing and living through the yogic path. During this week you will have the opportunity to experience the deeper aspects of yoga, receive new tools to see yourself more clearly and live a balanced life in peace both in the internal and external world.
Food: It says that the tongue is the hardest sense to control. We serve 3 yogic or sattvic meals that will help you still your senses, create a strong vibrant body and clear mind.

Alternative 1 includes
Full yoga retreat (5 days), food and simple accommodation in a shared house with the rest of the group.
Price: 550 euro
If you bring a tent and want to sleep in nature, you will receive a discount of 80 euro on the total amount.
Early bird: 50 euro discount, total amount 500 euro if paid in full before April 10.
Alternative 2 includes
5 days of yoga classes and breakfast. Choose this alternative if you want to stay by yourself or if you live close to Västervik.
Price: 400 euro
Payment can be made through Swish 070-0050718 for Swedish residents or on the website for international students.
Water: Due to climate change we are experiencing a drought, especially during summer time. Therefore, all the showering/bathing will be done in the lake.
Karma yoga: Each day you will take a small part in the ancient tradition of karma yoga/selfless service by sharing chores like assisting in the kitchen, cleaning the shala and shared spaces, tending to the garden, etc.
The retreat will be held 10 minutes outside Västervik, Sweden
You are welcome to arrive in the afternoon on June 30. We will serve a light meal in the evening on Sunday and the retreat starts with a morning practice on Monday July 8. It ends Friday afternoon, July 12.
