Welcome to lake Hjorten and my yearly summer retreat. It is such a privilege to share this beautiful place with you and I hope this retreat will bring you rest, a restart, new friends, and internal peace. During this week we will dig deeper into the practice of yoga, philosophical teachers, and texts and look at different tools that can help you see yourself more clearly and how to live a more balanced life in peace.

My hope is that when you come here you will have the time to reflect on what you want your life to be filled with. How we can be kinder to ourselves and be in harmony with our surroundings. I want to offer a greater understanding of our individual needs both in our physical asana practice but also in your internal practice. That when you leave here you have received more tools on a personal level and as a teacher if you are one.

Food: I love food and cooking for others, The food you eat will be vegan and from various kitchens, it will be nutritious with breakfasts that taste more like desserts to Asian specialties to raw food. You will be served 3 meals per day with afternoon snack and tea. You are welcome to join in the kitchen and see how all the dishes are made.

Accommodation: You will live in a shared house with the rest of the participants or have the ability to bring your own tent and lay in nature. Free time to enjoy the silence of nature, take a swim in the beautiful lake, walk in the woods, or take the boat out for a peaceful trip on the lake.

15:00-15:45 Yogic discussions (3 times during the week)

16:00-17:30 Different topics and softer practices

18:15 Dinner

19:15 Meditation

Times are estimated and will vary a little depending on the goupes need, reservation for changes.

Alternative 1 includes

Full yoga retreat (7 days), food, and accommodation in a shared house with the rest of the group.

Price: 750 euros. You have reserved a spot when the tuition is paid. 

If you bring a tent and want to sleep in nature or you want to book your own private accommodation you will receive a discount of 60 euros on the total amount.

Alternative 2 includes

7 days of yoga classes and breakfast. Choose this alternative if you want to stay by yourself or if you live close to Västervik.

Price: 650 euro

Payment can be made through Swish 070-0050718 for Swedish residents or on the website for international students.

Water: Due to climate change we are experiencing a drought, especially during summertime. Therefore we try to do most of our showering/bathing in the lake.

The retreat will be held 10 minutes outside Västervik, Sweden

You are welcome to arrive after 11.00 on July 3rd, if you are traveling from abroad please let us know and we can arrange for you to come on the 2nd. On the 3rd we serve a light lunch and the classes start in the afternoon and end on Sunday after lunch, July 9.

Limited to 10 participants I´m keeping my summer retreats to a smaller group to give you more focus on your individual needs.
