One of our absolut favorit dish. Serve with rice, black, brown, white you choose.

• 2 unripe mangos (in bits)

• 1 shredded onion

• 1 green chilli, sliced

• 1/2 clove of garlic

• 1 piece of ginger

• 1 tsp. mustard seeds

• 3 cups coconut milk

• 1 tbsp. coconut oil

• Fresh coriander

• A little water

• Salt

TIP! Heat the oil and add the mustard seeds. When they start popping, add the shredded onions, ginger, chilli, and let it brown. Then add the mango pieces, little water, salt and half of the coconut milk. When the mango is soft, add the remaining coconut milk and remove when it starts to boil again. Sprinkle chopped cilantro on top
