Coconut Rice porridge

Feeling hungry in the morning? Try this fast, tasty and healthy porridge.

(4 serves)

2 cups rice flakes
2 cups coconut milk 1⁄2 cup water
1 tsp vanilla powder A pinch of salt

Serve with some fresh fruits (in this case fresh figues and blueberries), hemp, chia seeds, cinnamon, coconut flakes…
*Make it sweeter adding some raw honey or maple syrup.

Place all the ingredients in a pot and boil in low heat until the liquid is almost gone, stir frequently. Remove and serve on small bowls adding the fresh fruits and seeds on the top.
