Chia Pudding Jars

Plain recipe:

 

(1 jar)

  • 1 cup nut milk

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp mixed spices (cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, vanilla)

 

*If you like it sweeter, add a spoon of agave or maple syrup, or mix the nut milk with two fresh dates.

 

Mix in a jar the nut milk, chia seeds and spices with a spoon. Let it rest for 5 minutes and mix again. Place in the fridge for at least four hours or overnight.

You can top the chia pudding as you wish!

Topping tips:

– fresh fruits, nuts and seeds

–  banana slices and cacao nibs

– berries chia jam

– apple mousse,  cinnamon and coconut flakes

– avocado-lime mousse and almonds
