Live Online Class Series Part 2

Join me for an Online Class Series where we focus on a therapeutic approach to bring strength and mobility, or healing the body from past injuries. 

With this series, I want to teach you how to build a foundation in your body. How to work with component parts of Asana in order to find ease and the understanding of how to build up your practice through sequencing. This will also help you understand how to work towards more high-risk poses in a safe way. 

In our class, we will work through the entire body but with a focus on the specific area we are targeting. The practice will be slow and “soft” but remember simple doesn’t always mean easy as my teacher used to say. We end the class with some stilling practices. I will stay on after our class to answer questions and explain the component parts we have worked on in our practice.

For whom?

This class is open to all levels of practitioners. The class can also be helpful for teachers to get some tips on how to work with specific areas in the body with students.

If you sign up for all three classes and are unable to attend a class you will receive a link to the recording (valid one day) for you to practice later.

A Zoom link will be sent out to the email you registered with. You will be able to enter the class 10 minutes before the start. The class will begin at 07,30 and after that, there is no possibility of entering the Zoom room.
