This treatment brings back brightness into the mind and clears the memory, releases negative thoughts and stress, relaxes the eyes, promotes good sleep and clears the nostril passages. The Sahasra Yoga Tirimu Treatment reflects positive on the mind and spirit.
Is a traditional Ayurvedic full body massage where the therapist use their hands in a special technique combined with herbal oils. The treatment creates a balance within the body, increases blood circulation and removes obstacles from the body.
Is a treatment for the healthy individual looking to maintain health and enhance well-being, clarity, calm and immunity. Shirodhara promotes deep relaxation, relieves fatigue and renews and reinvigorates the body and mind. It also balances one’s energy level. If you are in need of rest and relaxation, the process will provide that. If you are well rested the process will enhance your clarity and perception.
Shirodhara increases immunity by relieving stress and worry, and balancing the Ayurveda mind-body types or doshas so that your constitution remains strong. Shirodhara provides deep rest and renewed energy producing an ageless and youthful countenance. Shirodhara relieves stress, worry and excessive thought. It gives total relaxation as if from meditation. This naturally relaxes and rejuvenates the face and softens worry lines.
Is one of the oldest and most sacred treatments that is not established outside of India. It was used in the old days to become free from unnecessary problems and to build a spiritual strength in thoughts. Here the therapist will place the person who is having the treatment on the floor in a position that stretches the long and short nerve systems of the body. This treatment will help to deeply relax the body, cleanse the tissues, strengthen the immune system and release LDL (Low-density lipoprotein) from the digestive system.
